Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our products are made to order specifically for you, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until the item has been delivered and approved for return under this policy.
Made-to-order / handmade variation (important)
Our woven blankets are made to order. Due to the handmade production process and weaving limitations, small variations in color tone, placement, or minor details may occur compared to photos. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it β unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@waywardsistersblankets.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide in our reply.
If your return is accepted, weβll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees related to the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong size/design once production has started.
We also do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items

Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible under this policy), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that you are responsible forΒ all shipping costs for sending items back and for receiving new items.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with local regulations. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it β unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This cooling-off period may not apply to custom-made or personalised goods where the right to cancel is limited by local law.
